The room was not cleaned properly during our stay. I found crumpled sheets that looked like someone had already used them. When I requested fresh linens, the replacements were just as wrinkled, which made for an uncomfortable night. It's disappointing for a 4-star hotel to have such poor attention to detail.

The kids loved the heated saltwater pool, and I appreciated having a 24/7 Starbucks in the hotel. Relaxing in the sun terrace was a nice way to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was some noise from nearby bars at night, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊
